We are working with a growing software company in Westboro, and due to growth they are looking for a Project Manager to lead software implementation efforts at client sites (travel up to 50% throughout North America).
You will be responsible for:
- Being the liaison between the client and the company during the post-sale enterprise implementation.
- Recommending upgrades and system improvements to maintain efficiency.
- Training the client on the system
- Leading Engineering resources during the implementation
- Coordinating all the activities for the client throughout the Pre-Sales, Implementation, Go-Live, and Post-Implementation Technical Support stages.
- Serving as a subject matter expert to effectively represent the company.
You should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or impressive experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in a client-facing capacity
- Previous experience working within an enterprise software company.
- Strong enterprise technical skills, including (but not limited to) Databases, Networking, Applications, etc. Must also have the ability to configure systems and 'make things work'.
- Solid leadership skills.
- A strong presence working with customers.
- The ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Availability to travel, sometimes on short notice.
