We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Software Implementation/Professional Services Manager. Our client is a growing software company that is well funded and looking to grow. The ideal candidate will serve as a hands-on Manager for full-lifecycle software implementations at customer sites.
This is a highly visible role, as you will be responsible for leading Pre-Sales efforts as well as the Post-Sale implementation and configuration of the packaged software application. Travel is expected to be up to 50%.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years experience as an Implementation Specialist or Professional Services Engineer.
- Over 5 years of experience leading Software Implementation teams.
- The ability to gather requirements, plan implementations, and lead Implementation teams.
- Excellent customer facing/consulting skills
- Experience training end-users on using complex software applications
- Strong database skills, ideally SQL Server
- The ability to work both independently and in a small team environment
- The ability to write technical documentation and step-by-step instructions
